For any kind of problem, firstly you have to clean your cache.
How to solve desktop app issues?
It will delete everything in the app and not the application. 1- Close Musixmatch app through Genius bar
1- Select 'Go' and 'Go to Folder..'
2- Search the path: ~/Library/Application Support
3- Delete the Musixmatch folder
4- Wait exactly at least 2 minutes before trying to log in again
When you try to log-in, you have a white window?
Close the login window and open it again.
